Probably the most unlikely DNA you’ll ever find, Richard’s grandfather worked for Thomas Edison, his mother was a mystic from Puerto Rico and his career path was inspired by the movie The Graduate, “Plastics young man, plastics…”

Richard is an accomplished executive with over 20 years experience in leadership and management. Prior to founding Activate Leadership, he worked in manufacturing and industry from the individual contributor level to business owner. He has facilitated success in organizations such as Battelle, Boeing, General Electric, Georgia Pacific and Hewlett Packard among numerous other organizations and industries countrywide.
